Wow what a fantastic place warm welcome, service really good, food was amazing best pie I’ve tasted homemade crust pastry, fish big and fresh. Didn’t have room for pudding,but sat by the riverside with a coffee. Will definitely return
Stopped here for a spot of lunch, 3 courses for £18.95. Fantastic value and great food. Nice and clean pub. Staff were very friendly and gave great service. Nice spot by the river. I wod definitely recommend and go back again.
Had lunch here with friends on 29 Dec. We were all extremely impressed with both the food and service. Great value for money too. I also had the chocolate brownie for dessert, however it looked soo good it tasted as good as it looked! I dived into it before taking a pic. Only downside of the meal for me was I wanted more on the plate
Lovely setting, food and the chicken was some of the most succulent I've tasted. A favourite little eatery of mine and well worth a visit.
Amazing. We went for lunch and chose the 3 course special. The Staff were superb the service was brilliant and the food was amazing. I will definitely be returning and can not speak highly enough of this wonderful place.

The prices on the menu did not give away just how good the food was here, probably one of the nicest meals out I've had in a long time, the food was impeccable and the service was pleasant. Would not hesitate to come back here again!Food: 5/5
Menu OK. Food was just a bit sub par. My lamb was quite dry and I could tell it had sat keeping warm for too long as the gravy had a skin on it. Gammon was thin and dry. Quite a lot of menu items unavailable too. Service friendly and efficient and the decor is nice. My overall view, not terrible but not brilliant either. Dietary restrictions: Catered well for gluten free options
We've been now twice for work meetings and booked for a third. Free parking, GREAT coffee makes a big difference when you just want some coffee..., Food and service is prompt and delicious. Something so small and underrated but always return back to a venue if they know how to dress a salad.
Warm and welcoming atmosphere, quality food, fair price and excellent service. Oh and the the 'tap' water is filtered too! Vegetarian options: Couple of veg andvegan options
