Sat for over an hour, called to see where my order was to be told it was with the driver. Sat for a further 10mins to be called by the Rex and informed that they might have sent the wrong order and if they had I had to tell the driver and he'd get me my correct order. Seems like a good take away has been wasted by the onestis. Only wish I could have sampled my food.

Was in tonight for a meal before heading to the Motherwell Civic. The service was terrible. Meals came out in dribs and drabs, then no cutlery then nearly finished before bread came out. No napkins. Other people waiting 45 mins one meal and still waiting for cutlery and other meal. Terrible.

Got a delivery this evening of a large pizza. Chips were fine, the 2 cans were excellent but the pizza is such a let down. Cheap ingredients n just too much cheese. To be honest if you can't make your pizza better than the pizzas in asda it's a disgrace. Il not be back to that place. Poor show
