Being a part of this amazing salon and team is a joy in itself! We are a new salon in the heart of Leamington town centre from a team of just 3 people to 9 in just one year. I have been a loyal customer here for years and the service is always brilliant and staff always friendly. Definitely 5 star service!!

My husband bought me a gift voucher for a facial for £30, which unfortunately got buried in house move boxes. When we found the voucher we realised it was over a couple of months over the Expiration date. 

My husband went to the salon explaining what had happened but the staff there were utterly rude and there was no compassion for our situation. Our voucher could not be redemed and nor a good will gesture was given, even the customers sitting there were shocked at how they handled it. The customer service was despicable. We will never be going to this salon again so don't waste your time. They are extremely unprofessional.
