Food was very good we had the chicken enchiladas and chilli. The only complaint was the chilli portion was on the small side compared to the enchiladas. The staff were very friendly and quick to take our order. The pub was a little cold so we sat next to the fire very cosy.

Absolutely lovely place. Food lots of & very delicious. Perfectly served. James & Wendy perfect hosts. Definitely recommend this place to eat & drink. Very friendly atmosphere. Oh, & christmas menu cheap & again lots of choice. See you again soon . Disable friendly & they look after you, am disabled , they always make sure am safe & will help me . Thank you James & Wendy.

Shame the heating had broken down but they did try & heat the pub as best they could. However the meals were superb & very good value! Thenservice was great & drink prices were very reasonable i.e. £4 for a Bacardi & lemonade. It's a shame that more people don't use this pub. Highly recommend!

Walking group. Left our cars there in the morning. Back by lunch. Table reserved for us. Excellent food at a very reasonable price. Service prompt and with a smile. Landlady and staff very accommodating. A  big thank you.
