This shop is the best reptile shop in Surrey by far! been to all of them in and out the area. And this one is huge. it’s very well maintained and looks brilliant inside. They are just in the middle of a re fit but this shop you can tell the owners put a lot of time in and the reptiles are A++ wouldn’t go anywhere else for my tortoise/chameleon collection. Just can’t wait for there new section to be finished. I’m a regular customer weekly for my fresh food / decor and extras!
What a great place. Beautiful examples on display. Teamed with a lovely couple, great advice and tips this is the place to go. The good news, they are expanding their reptile department. So impressed that in the last three months I have purchased a Bearded Dragon, a Chameleon and a Crested Gecko. All great colous and full set ups. Could not be happier. Highly recommend.
Love this shop, highly rate as the best shop for reptiles. Michelle and Paul are lovely and give full advice for anything you need to know. Great value for money on all items.nCan easily spend a few hours in the shop love! Love! Love!
I came to your shop 8th April to buy my baby tortoise and I knew when I planned on buying him that he was going to cost at least £800 I’d already planned to spend that much. One thing I love about your shop was how welcoming and helpful you was. I walked in was instantly greeted and said to you “I want to buy a baby hermann tortoise but I don’t know what I need etc” and you straight away told me a price with everything included, you told me how to care for him, what to feed him, what temps to have his enclosure at, how to set up his enclosure you helped me take everything to my car, answered any questions, when I got home to set up I had complications, I rang you guys up helped me straight away. You was really patient in explaining everything after I said I don’t understand, you wrote everything down for me, you told me about the tortoise how I can hold him, how to wash him etc. I literally couldn’t have asked for better advice. And it didn’t even cost me £800 it only cost me £650 which was even better! And with that price I got the best stuff out there for my little guy. I can not express how helpful and amazing your shop is. It’s not just about the animals it’s the customer service and the way you’ll always make sure to support the customers in what they need, you don’t make people feel dumb about questions either. So many places make you feel stupid for not knowing too much about the pets they own but you don’t you listen and answer questions with the best advice. I would happily pay £100 more than necessary just for your amazing customer service! TJ says hi by the way. 100% recommend to anyone ! A photo of TJ to make you smile is attached
Been using this shop for over a year now Absolutely love everything about this shop friendly,knowledgeable and a real personal touch whether you be buying 1 box of bugs or a complete set up these are the guys to go and see they will give you all the help and advice you need.all there animals are amazingly looked after and kept in immaculate set ups always clean and more than enough space not tiny little vivs like some places .the history of the animals is known same as the behaviours everything right down to eating and drinking habits they know and tell you .after a heartbreaking experience of my chameleon passing I popped in for some advice and the guys were great,I ended up leaving with another chameleon after holding one in the shop as I was upset.i honestly cannot recommend enough and I would drive half way across the country if need be and would not purchase anything from any other store.nThe list is endless of why this is the place to go to for anything to do with reptile or fish care if I could give more than 5 stars I would as they deserve it xx
