This is a beautiful historic building. All staff was very nice. Iona went above and beyond for us during the heat wave! The A/C in our original room wasn't working. She moved us to a wonderful room with great a/c!!!!! Thank you Iona. A wonderful stay! Breakfast was delicious and staff attentive.
A wonderfully charming and historic and luxury hotel in downtown Henley next to the bridge and river. We arrived on a very hot July day and upon entering our room realized the A/C was not working very well. After fiddling with the thermostat and getting help from the hotel staff, we were given a new and upgraded room. Iona was wonderful in helping us and spent time telling us the history of the hotel. Thank you Iona.
Beyond expectations. Booked via email with the staff making it so easy. Rooms excellent. Good food and drink.
Small room, out in the courtyard,but did have A/c, shower powerful but very small, clean and tidy. Excellent location.
Recently stayed at this wonderful hotel for one night. Rooms very spacious, comfy and well decorated. Staff members very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended!
