A classic hotel with the ideal location on the Thames. The reception staff were all welcoming and lovely people. My room was beautiful and well' soundproofed, as I had a 2nd floor overlooking the bridge and did not hear any traffic sounds. Good night sleeps!! Squeaky clean. I loved the heated bathroom floor. The spacious bathroom was beautiful, stylish marble floor and walls, bright & cheerful. Highly recommend The Relais.
Lovely hotel, great location. Had a very comfortable overnight stay. Slept well, loved the bed linen. Had a great cooked breakfast in the morning. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. Thank you!
We had a wonderful time at The Relais in Henley on Saturday, celebrating my son's 21st birthday. The most beautiful venue, an oasis of calm, with beautiful river views. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating and the level of service was excellent. Alex and his team made sure the day went really smoothly and i cant thank them enough. Highly recommend and we will certainly be back soon! Thank you!
I took my friend here for the afternoon tea experience in aid of her birthday. Upon arriving to the venue which was surrounded by wonderful views of the water i was really pleasantly surprised by how quaint the place was. Received a friendly welcome and our coats were taken which showed the level of service to expect. The decor of the hotel is so tasteful and beautiful. Me and my friend lucked out with having the space to ourselves which was great. A really lovely touch that was done by the hotel was that they played a birthday tune for my friend which i did not even ask for. The staff was attentive, friendly and well informed. Everything was spot on, service, food, halal chicken, was not only great quality but really good value for money. We relaxed and spent lots of time there without feeling rushed and our tea pots topped up and doggy bags arranged. If i have any constructive feedback it would be that they could offer more range of teas and maybe the pots could be smaller as then refilling them more frequently for hot tea would be easier.nnFully recommend this place. Was a great day and my friend absolutely loved it. Will be coming back soon and recommending to all my family and friends. Thanks alot Relais staff.
This is a sublime hotel at the best spot in Henley, with professional and kind staff making sure guests are happy and feel at home. I've booked the hotel for my friend who stayed repeatedly in Nov 2024 and I personally met the staff and made the booking at the hotel. Everyone kind, welcoming, professional. Also the little cafe right at the entrance of the hotel is providing a nice atmosphere and tasteful snacks / coffees. Well done, hospitality is not an easy business but you are doing a fantastic job. Thank you.
