Went there fore food a couple of nights ago and I must say it was one of the best dinners I have ever had! The homemade burger was exceptional. I asked for chilli’s in my burger and when it first came out thought they had forgotten, however the chef makes his own pattys and had actually finely diced the chilli’s in to the patty itself. Definitely the best burger I have eaten! It was juicy and cooked perfectly! Cannot say a bad word against this place. The first time I had eaten there and will definitely be eating there again! It was also very reasonably priced! £70 for 3 drinks, 2starters and 2 mains! The service was also impeccable! Everyone was so lovely and had a great vibe almost them!

Absolute gem of a find. Our room was finished to a high standard, as was the rest of the pub. The staff were friendly and chatted without being invasive. Only negatives were that it was difficult to get a decent constant temperature in the shower and when we were served our food we had to ask twice for cutlery lad was away with the fairies I think but this didn't detract from our good experience here. Will definitely return.

We took all the rooms and had dinner for a family event.  It went wonderfully well mainly due to the wonderful team at the Redan looking after us so well.   Really good value for money as well.  Could not fault it.Rooms: 5/5

We have used The Redan Inn now for both our wedding reception and our first baby shower and cannot fault them at all. Not only did they provide us with a tailor made affordable experience but made sure that everything was accounted for and taken care of. Our most recent event at the Redan was our baby shower and the food was absolutely top notch. I would recommend them time and time again and will most likely book again for our babies christening party. Thank you so much for all of your hard work and dedication to creating such a memorable event for us!

Excellent Sunday lunch for 6 adults & 5 children. Gastro pub quality roasts and food kids meals  or children's roast. Great value each child  under ten eats free for each adult main course ordered. Highly recommended, lovely staff good food reasonable.Service: 5/5

I went there over night and the room was perfect, although quite small, it had a cozy feeling. In the evening I went downstairs and ate a bowl of carbonara I can definitely recommend. Overall, I can wholeheartedly recommend the Redan Inn to everyone who likes the style.Rooms: 5/5

We've not stayed here, but I've always enjoyed visiting. We've held my daughter's 18th do here and they accommodated us so we could host a murder mystery evening for us and our friends in their separate dining room. Great service and lovely staff.Service: 5/5

I’ve yet to eat here but been for a pint three days out if four while I am working in Chilcompton for the week. Very friendly staff and food LOOKS delicious. Sofa bd burner combo is fabulous. Can’t wait to try all the menu.Service: 4/5

Stopped here for lunch again. Have eaten here frequently in recent years and it's a charming country Inn. The interior is nicely decorated with comfy chairs, and even a sofa facing the log burner! Lunch menu is more limited than dinner but still good choices pizza and a pint for £11.50! and meal for 2 with drinks was £40. Staff were lovely and the regulars always say hello too! Try it. There are also lovely walks nearby, a great garden and easy parking.  Food & drinks: Lovely pies, classic pub meals, good veggie options and nice range of beers.  Lunch options include great deals like pizza and a pint for £13 or soup and a sandwich for under £10. The mushrooms on toast starter are divine!!
