Very clean and comfortable stay with a friendly greeting on arrival. The private bathroom was a couple of steps across the landing which was fine. Breakfast was a god start to the day. Although it is slightly dated it is more than balance by its cleanliness warmth and comfort. Very well situated for Grantham Town centre. Definitely stay there again if in the Grantham area.  Rooms: Very clean and comfortable.  Walkability: 5 minutes or so walk into Grantham  Town centre.  Food & drinks: Plenty of eateries for every taste within the town and some within a short drive.

Great place.,..old style smaller hotel....warm, cosy, quirky. Lovely and tidy and welcoming with a homely breakfast. Very much a "back in time" place to stay.....easy parking and not far from all you might want to access in Grantham. Enjoy!!Rooms: 5/5

Care taker is a very nice decent Filipino lady with kind gesture, cooperative who cleans the rooms and toilets so spotlessley that one can easily like to return to stay there. Prices are a bit high comparatively but overall it is a commendable place to stay.Rooms: 5/5

Lovely  little  B&B,  rooms are immaculately clean and comfortable. The host was extremely  accomodating. And the breakfast  is extremely  good quality  and cooked to perfection . Would  definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in grantham.Rooms: 5/5

The Red House Hotel in Grantham where I stayed 17th to 19th January 2023 where I was welcomed and made to feel at home I would recommend. Rooms and bathroom spotlessly clean. Me and my family stayed this weekend for a wedding and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Although unassuming to look at and not a glamorous place, the Red House offers a very comfortable and welcoming experience.  The lady who runs it is incredibly friendly and a great host. Good sized rooms if not a bit dated, but comfortable beds, a good sized and hot shower, and quiet place to sleep in.  The breakfast was excellent and the coffee was particularly good, with our host saying it is brought in specially from the Philippines, showing her pride and care for the property.  I would urge anyone visiting Lincolnshire on a budget to look no further as this is a very good place to stay.

Rooms in a lovely old Victorian house gave it a lovely atmosphere with them being clean and comfortable.Rooms: 4/5

I decided to visit Grantham for the first time at 13:30 Monday afternoon. By 21:00 I had checked in for 2 nights.  A warm welcome, comfortable room, clean, quiet, fantastic location, and the breakfast both mornings was absolutely exquisite.  I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment if you are seeking accommodation in Grantham. I do not believe I could be more satisfied with the experience. Wonderful place!
