Lacking in ambiance. Slow service. While the food was very tasty, it was not served hot. When the waiter asked how it was, I told him it was only warm and he told me they serve it this temperature so it doesn't "dry out".
My husband and I love this bar and restaurant! We have eaten here on numerous occasions and the food never disappoints. The atmosphere is fab, the restaurant is tastefully decorated and the staff are so attentive and friendly. Highly recommend a visit.
Our evening at the Red Deer was lovely, the food was delicious and the staff were friendly. The decor is simple but affective and they have done very well to give the pub a spacious yet cozy look whilst also keeping the atmosphere of both a pub and restaurant. I am sure you won’t regret going for a meal here.
Pub with a couple of vegan options which was very nice to see. Both starters and mains were very good. Also had some good cider on draft. The atmosphere was nice lots of light and greenery throughout. The service was good and there were good measures for Covid including a one way system in place.
Consistently excellent. Would recommend without hesitation. Food is great, staff are great - always friendly and the right balance between checking things are ok and leaving you to eat and chat.
Would definitely recommend eating here. Exceptional ambience, delicious food, good service. 5 stars.
