These people are con men, took our money and we never heard another word from them. We were told it was a no obligation survey, then we were issued with a bill. Avoid these people at all costs, they coned four companies on our industrial estate. They are not worthy of the one star!!!
Very bad company, they lie about what they can do for you. total misselling, they CANNOT help lower your business rates. Pressuring selling using a fake rate card!

The Rating Specialists Ltd: this company is a complete con and to be avoided at all costs. Unfortunately, we didn't realise that in time before parting with our money. Do NOT use them.
It's been two years now and we got absolutely nothing! They came to our business and made false promises then asked us to pay £795 for a survey. The so called manager is rude and the whole company is just a con. Please don't trust whatever they say avoid this!
Worst experience ever and distressing. Can they be taken to court? Someone should and I will be looking into it!
