We ordered a Monte Carlo dining set for the patio. The sales lady was brilliant. Cheerful and helpful. Sorry don't know her name. The delivery arrived nearly three weeks sooner than expected and the delivery men were so helpful and obliging. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family. Its very full isles blocked with special offers lots of shelving filled with lots of stuff but not of anything id want to buy unfortunately. Its a bit chaotic. They do have some nice bits and pieces but its so full of other stuff I got fed up halfway round. Needs a bit of a clear out and organising .
We saw a nice large picture Sea View Bay Canvas on a centre isle which was reduced from £32.99 to £14.99 took it to pay only to find the check out operator wouldn’t let us pay the sticker price as the offer had expired, after waiting ages with a long queue behind us for a manager to come to assist no one came to resolve, so with the cashiers unable/unwilling to override the till price along with an apparent staff shortage which didn’t help, so with disgruntled faces in the queue behind we gave up.nNot a great experience

I would like to pass on a huge thank you to Rachel, Dylan and especially Lewis who were all kind enough to help dismantle the last of the Xmas trees you had in store. It made my day to have this style tree as you can see from the result!
