Omg, if I could move into this store, I would. It has everything you ever need for the home. I couldn't find the dildos anywhere, though, but apart from that perfect place for all your household needs. The staff were super friendly and helpful ! Well worth a visit!
Visited store early this morning I stood at checkout area looking around for someone to serve me a male member of staff was near but chose not to greet me or advise if a member of staff would be with me shortly ! Then a female who thought she was far to important to speak to me made eye contact twice again ignored me didn’t say Hello or assist ! Shocking customer service at its worstnI left my full basket and walked outnEntitled staff members please remember you need customers to facilitate your job role and wage !!nAVOID go where staff are nice in other established places in Rhyl
We were about to buy 10ft trampoline in the Range in Rhyl price shown on ticket was £119.99 . However it was marked up to £129.99 at the till!!. A guy named Will not the manager absolutely refused to sell it to us for the displayed price of £119.99. Apparently this was last year's price. Which obv should have been removed by now.!!nnI know its not our legal right to demand they sell it to us for said price. However, it would have been good for their PR and the right thing to do under the circumstances.nnDirty trick and very poor up-pricing at the till, watch out ! Just in case it happens with other goods. So just one star from us. We wont be back!
Great prices with tons of different products as its s almost an all in one shop except food. Huge car park with plenty of disabled spaces and no car park time limit which is unusual. If you have never been there i strongly advise a visit and you will not be disappointed also there prices are nice and low
Staff were very helpful, amazing range of household items at really good prices. I've already bought my Halloween candles and autumn themed treats to dress the house! Will definitely be visiting again!
