I was buying some items from here, and I made sure to check the prices correctly and that they matched what is said on the packet to what it said on the railing and that it was the correct item. When I went to pay I knew what the amount was supposed to come to, but when my items scanned up it ended up coming up higher than what I added up in my head. Now, I had double checked that the prices were correct before checking out, when I had told the worker that it wasn't correct bare in mind I was not rude he began to say that the prices on the items were wrong and that he goes off of what it says on the till, and when I told him that what it said on the till was incorrect to what it said on the packet and on the railing, he then told me that I was reading what it said on the euro price of the packet to which I was not! Bare in mind I am a teenager, and I was being respectful towards him. However regardless of me pointing this out politely he still was quite rude to me and tried to tell me that I was reading the euro price when I wasn't! Unfortunately I did not buy the items I wanted as I didn't want anymore hassle. I did go about this respectfully and did not cause a scene, however when you have someone being rude and telling you your reading it wrong when your not, can be a bit frustrating.

Lots of parking, and lovely store. Shelves are always well stocked, with a good choice of products at reasonable prices.....for a nice change.....Staff are lovely.  Small but sufficient cafe....Love this store.

Nice, well laid out clean and tidy store. Quality of goods and services is excellent. Great crafts section and a lovely cafe on the first floor lift or escalator accessible as well as the downstairs garden centre and Iceland in store.  Very good place to visitnAccessible parking and plenty of free parking on the retail park.

Great big store with plenty of space between each aisle and two floors. The home department has such a variety, all displayed either by colours or patterns. Seriously impressed, shall be visiting again.
