As with all Travel lodges, the rooms are clean and spacious. We loved the view - a field with horses on it and we also could watch rabbits enjoying themselves. Our room was lovely and quiet and really cosy.nMy only criticism is that there wasn't a connection for me to charge my mobile phone. Reception did lend me one but it didn't work.
Took a faulty item back. Management insisted I went home and find receipt. Supercilious in his manner, which I would have given a 1 star for. However on my return the young lady at the check out desk was a 100% superb customer service experience. Her skill set superseded the manager on duty.
A credit to Oswestry ! Store has everything you would need for home and garden, all reasonably priced with excellent choices. Store is spacious and bright, isles are well spaced.nNancy on the till was very pleasant and helpful.n
Not like the other range stores. Less options, less products, staff are not interested or helpful at all.nI've been in a few times and had the same experience each time. I now go to wrexham instead
Great range of products for house accessories and DIY tools, pet treats but the Iceland side is very minimal, free parking for customers up to 2 hours
