The range is my favorite shopping for some items well organized and helpful staff got the Christmas tree decorated from them good selection of items. x
The shop would be great if it was more accessible to get round. The layout is terrible and the central areas are crammed with pallets, boxes and cages. My grandmother in her wheelchair couldn't navigate so we had to find long ways round the store. She got caught on the corner of a shelf in the struggle and was made to feel bad by a staff member, when she had no choice. One of the least disabled friendly stores I've ever seen.
Bigger than you think and a great choice of homewares. Prices are excellent and there's something for everyone here. Recommended.
If You are looking for great bargains then visit The Range, Newhaven they have a massive range / section for your household/ gardening & decorating goods at excellent prices especially when the cost of living is rising so i highly recommend visit The Range, Newhaven. The staff are really polite and helpful so check it out for yourself and grab a bargain. Disabled friendly ie parking plus a lift for wheelchairs from ground to first floor, also The Range, Newhaven is open late evenings !!nFull 5 Star Rating nI have added a few pictures and will add more on my next visit.
The store itself is lovely. Great range of items. Unfortunately, it's the staff that lets it down. There are a number of members of staff there who are just really rude every time you see them. I handed over a £5 note for an item that was £2, and the lady refused to serve me as I didn't have the right change. She said she was running out of £1 coins. I said I didn't mind what change she gave me, but she then sent me to another till. I went in at around 6pm so the shop was going to be open for another 2 hours... Was she going to refuse everyone who needed change?!?
