Upstairs is always messy and prices are missing on lots of things. The guy who served me was pleasant but hard to get an assistant on the shop floor. The paint I bought was in 3 different locations under 3 different prices.
It’s okay here, however I believe it’s the store manager that seems to make it feel uncomfortable in here. She seems incredibly toxic. Girl on the till was calling for help as there was a big queue. She repeatedly called for help but no one came. Then I’m assuming store manager came and had a go at the girl on tills. No wonder the staff look unhappy here if this manager is behaving out of line! Felt awful for the girl on tills, she didn’t need to be spoken like that, especially in front of customers.
Well stocked, clean store. Very welcoming entrance. Hand sanitizer and basket cleaning supplies available at the entrance. Staff welcoming and helpful. Even though prices are very attractive i always end up spending more then planned, it's a place to go for every amateur crafter.
Excellent choice of items. but still missing lots off price tags on the products, which is very frustrating.
Such a massive store, jam packed with quality items at affordable prices, just wish I'd had time to explore it fully!
