Very poor service today. I asked for something at the till where there were 3 members of staff to be told by a girl with blonde hair that she didn't know if they sold it but if they did it would be in the home decor section. There were more staff than customers in the shop and still noone offered to help look so off I popped to B and M where I was served by helpful staff and a free carpark.

Pallets all over shop floor isle block smaller isles not aloowing enough room to get double pram down spemt most my time trying to find ways around to access points.nnThey should work off cages in day then bring all yhe big stuff out on evening or night when closed. Sorry i ciuldnt provide pictures it was bad.nnOnly reason a 2 satr not a 1 is ladt on til qas very polite and helpful with parking code i love the range first time visiting this one and it was awful ill rather travel longer to northampton.

I like a Range, but unfortunately this place is let down by having paid parking. Over the summer we were given a code for free parking, but on my last visit was told free parking is no longer available for customers, and the staff seemed confused when I asked for a code for the payment machine.nnI don’t want to pay £2.50 in parking for popping into the Range.

Amazing products for great prices

Went in to buy some jumper cables but they're only available online. Unfortunately, the parking is not free and I had to download the NCP app to pay a 95p fee. Shameful.nThe best part was that the store assistant was extremely polite and willing to help. Top marks to her, less than average to the store.
