There was nothing wrong with the shop / service, but I bought something online for £4.99 and rather pay another £4.99 for postage, I thought I'd collect it for free. But after parking directly outside the shop I find out that I need to pay £1.95 for a visit of less than two minutes. I should have just paid the £4.99 delivery charge and saved the hassle!

You've got to love this store, the banbury store is huge too. Has everything you could think of in here. I visit regularly. The staff are friendly and helpful. The products are good quality. I'd recommend if in the area

I have done a click and collect, and I must say the staff really took their time. I spent most of my time waiting on them. They weren't serving other people , it was kinda like they just couldn't be bothered

Me and my partner just went to the range to return some curtains the measurements on the packet were completely wrong! When we was explaining this to a member of staff she was so rude and made me feel so uncomfortable! Her name was Christine i believe!.  her attitude was absolutely vile! We’re paying customers and she spoke to us like we were dirt! I won’t be returning to this store!nIt’s a shame how 1 member of staff can ruin a whole experience I think she needs some customer service training!

You can find pretty much everything and the staff is really nice. The only caveat is that the parking is operated by NCP, so if you want to buy many things and carry them by car, you’ll need to pay the parking.
