Went to The Range for wallpaper. Not many places sell it anymore, it's all on line. Unfortunately although there was some really nice designs nothing in the colour I was after. Had a look around. Great choice, excellent displays and will defo return again.
Horrendous customer service. Bought curtains online. Was sent the wrong pair to what I ordered. It should’ve been blackout but they sent regular. They acknowledged their mistake. Then told me I had to pay to return them as I want eligible for free returns. Despite it being their mistake. There isn’t an accessible store for us either. So to be clear. They will send you the wrong product and then charge you/ tell you to pay to return it. You pay for their mistakes. There advisors online chat are ridiculous. Refuse to accept your rights, tell you they’ve done all they need to and disconnect. No manager. No right to a complaint. No right to consumer law. Avoid these con artists. W21551144
Finally Dog Friendly! The Range is a standard range. But the fact that they are now dog friendly is a five star change! Before I was always confused as to how a shop with a designated pet section didn’t allow pets, but no more confusion!
Friendly polite staff lots of items to choose from also has a cafe serving hot food and cakes .Could spend all day here really wonderful store
