This was the first time that I have been in this shop and they sell absolutely everything from furniture to sweets and they also have all the Christmas stuff for sale in here and they have all the Halloween stuff aswell,the staff were great ,also very helpful when I couldn't find what I was looking for the staff took time to come and help me and when the staff member couldn't find what I was looking for she went into the back store and found what I was looking for ,the little cafe inside was great aswell everything was very cheap and they also have a Costa coffee inside this shop aswell,there is two floors inside this shop
Service at this store is shocking. Always a queue, never enough staff to serve at the tills, and. Prices not always as advertised on shelves.
Always well stocked and laid out. Staff are always super helpful. Gets busy at weekends, sometimes queues.
Great store, it's got so many things.nPerfect for seasonal decorations.nPrices are decent.
Might be one of the best stores in greenock, selling some fantastic stuff, but the staff need some customer service training ASAP..nEntering the store looking for support pillows for the bedroom only to find the lift was out of order, and as I had a walking stick with limited leg movement that was a no go. I approached the security guard to ask if there was an alternative way to get up stairs, his reply was comeback tomorrow it maybe fixed, so looked around to see if maybe it was displayed downstairs, but sadly not.. I did as customer service if it's possible to get two, but as I didn't know the item number nor the code she couldn't as she was busy..doing nothing..nHence I walked out where the staff were outside smoking along side the security guard instead of putting the stock away and leaving the isle free of hazards...nOnly my findings...
