I have shopped at this store a number of times. It is well stocked but for goodness sake check your receipt before leaving the store. I shopped there last week bought some paint trays for the grand kids they were marked as 60 pence but came up as a pound at the till. This week, which will be the last time I shop there, I meant to buy six runners. They had price tags on clearly stating they were £1.99p. At the checkout I was charged £2.49p. The manager was called and she stated they were £2.49p. When I challenged her pointing out the price on the ticket she stated the ticket was wrong, she would not sell them to me for the marked price. Then went on to say she will take them off sale for 24 hours and put them back on at £2.49p. What a wonderful customer service!! I wonder what Trading Standards would have to say about that?

Went today for a calour gas bottle. Chap that was called, when we told him what we wanted he said he would be back in a minute ten minutes + later he came back to say they can't find the key to the cage. They had no idea who had the key! Surely health n safety breach nobody knows who has key! There should be designated people that should have access to that key. What if there was a fire....,!! We had been out already to look to see a big pallet of stuff in front on the cage...NOT good.

Service wasn't great as staff seemed non attentive, bar one. Food was disappointing too, we used to really enjoy F & B but I'm afraid they'll be down the order of visits from now on.
