I recently had a conversation with employees who consciously mislead customers by writing on Iceland labels the price for two packages of fish, when in fact it is the price of two pieces in a package.  Is this fair towards the customer?!!... Where is the quality control and customer service agency in this country!?... Why is someone still trying to manipulate us without control...!???

The shop itself is well stocked and nicely laid out.  Amongst other stuff, I bought a set of three battery operated wax candles with a remote, but unfortunately there was no remote in the box.  It took ages to get a reply when I called them, only to learn that they can't simply send me a remote... I have to go all the way back a 30min+ drive and keep my fingers crossed they still have them in stock. An expensive expedition!

So many lovely things to buy in this store !! I can spend hours here getting inspiration for new looks for the home and new hobbies in the craft section . Everything under one roof ...even a food section . I dare anyone to go there and not buy a thing ! It's impossible.

Customer service is quite possibly the worst I have ever encountered. Despite a number of requests of escalation or at least consistency of who I am talking to this was never met.nnA table with only three usable legs supplied, I had to spend out of packaging for replacement which took two months to organise. It took quoting the consumer goods act for them to accept they were liable for my out of pocket expenses. There has been no guest re of good will, no compensation and standard issue apologies all along.nnI would strongly recommend not buying online through them. In store only.

This is a favourite retail store of mine. It's huge with a wide variety of offerings from furnishing, to accessories to food.nChristmastime is especially a favourite with my kids, we always pick something up to add to our collection.nThey have a huge selection of mirrors and artwork, of which we've bought quite a few!
