Took my mum, partner and daughters here today, my mum was  in her wheelchair and there was plenty of parking  but the speed bumps on the way in are absolutely shocking couldn’t see them at all. Then when we got inside the store we couldn’t actually get up and down every isle because on the end of some isles there were shelves blocking so we couldn’t get past in the wheelchair, also some isles had a pallet with stock on blocking the  isles, then one of the workers was dragging a pallet truck with a pallet that had boxes on not stacked properly on it  and  as she pulled it up the ramp a box fell off and a pot came flying out and hit my mums ankle and smashed, the woman who was pulling the pallet truck just glared at us  like she was giving me dirty looks, and didn’t even apologise, we hadn’t finished shopping at this point but I was so angry and annoyed at what happened and the state of the store I told my family it was time to leave, so we went to oswaldtwistle mills instead

Visited today found a dog bed label said £14.99 also picked up a home accessory label said £4.99 got to the till the dog bed was £59.99 the home accessory was £9.99. Absolutely outrageous to get so much wrong. No apology just excuses.

Always managed to find what I need from here even when other places are out of stock. They even stock a lot of wilko products. Staff are always helpful too, would recommend.

Horrendous experience yesterday at the Blackburn Store. The store was full to the brim of boxes, rubbish and step ladders. It was so dangerous and if someone hasn’t got hurt yet I’m sure they will. Workers watched me struggle to get in and out of aisles with a pram because every single one was blocked with huge boxes and didn’t offer any sort of interaction at all. I had to take my daughter out of the pram for safety reasons as I was worried something would fall on her and I couldn’t get her out quick enough. Absolutely avoid this store.

Great place for quick shopping when you are looking for anything from household items through animal food to Christmas decorations yet I believe beginning of October is a bit early
