Total Garbage, we checked on the store website for an item we wanted to buy, it said they had loads in stock.nWhen we got there, the imaginary stock was nowhere to be found, staff were useless & could not help.nWe made a purchase of another item while we were there only to be greeted with a bottleneck queue at the tills, only one till manned yet while we were in-store for at least 15 minutes there were constant calls over the tannoy for staff needed!nDisorganised chaos spring's to mind.

Online prices are different to in store prices. Labelled up wrong. Rude staff challenged us and told us to go find label and prove them wrong. But why have a barcode scanner built into the app; if not to scan and find the prices of items?

Some lovely items but unfortunately the pricing is shocking ! The shelf labels don't match the items.. this isn't just 1 department but throughout the store.. this really needs addressing as ut isn't just inconvenient to your customers ut also holds up the que for payment as the cashier needs to go and check the price etc... no wonder the ques are so long.nSuch a shame as it really let's the store down

Best Range around always polite staff ..well set out and clean .items at correct price point **Bury** has NONE of the above .

Purchased seed trays and compost good value, also an excellent choice of all manor of household items and art materials.
