Staff really helpful.  Looking for hot rail dryer. She went to store and found one but I was looking for the type with the cover. Thank you your attention is much appreciated

Always enjoy this store loads of great offers and very good value.....and we get to bring in our little toy poodle Skye with us even some of the staff came to say hello I know my young dog won't do a mess...so I'm comfortable bring her in to places where they allow dogs...well done @The Range

Good range of good for the home  garden and motoring.Large selection of Halloween and Xmas decorations also aviable.

Went to return a toilet seat which didn't fit. I was told by an extremely rude assistant that I couldn't return it and it was my own fault for not measuring it properly. I'm now stuck with a useless item that cost me £25!! Tried calling the manager but nobody answers the phone. Not the first time a member of staff was rude. Won't be back!

I am always a bit underwhelmed by this store , I like the range ordinarily and it was my most frequent place to visit for shopping for household items before moving to the area ..I've been into this store 3 times and found it doesn't have the same feel , variety of stock or ooh la la as other range stores I've been too. The one in kilmarnock is much nicer .
