Normal range stock. Large spacious shop. Visited on a Friday afternoon and ur was quiet. Plenty of staff about to help. Bought 4 sofa cushions but disappointingly they had no bags large enough until I wanted to spend £1.50 per huge bag for life. Ain't gonna spend £6 on bags I'll never use again when the cushions cost a total of £36 already. Plenty of free parking and young girl in till was friendly enough. She was on customer service till as the Normal ones weren't open.
I bought a Tin of paint online after seeing 1 in stock, after I purchased the paint it then showed that there was no stock because obviously I had bought the last Tin. My husband got up early and went from Irvine to Ayr to collect the paint with the order number and no one could find the paint, staff were unhelpful, only really wanted to offer a refund, easy option presumably. DO NOT buy online and expect to get your order
Bought a garden seat set last month from the range did it in store with help from a manager because it was online only £615 quid waited for it to be delivered I just put it into my van due to other stuff getting done when I went to build it I found they had sent the wrong stuff 2 x box 1 off 2 so was all wrong took it back to ayr store manager was fantastic sorted it out or I thoughtnI ended up buying the display set paid another £599 quid got it home fantasticnWatched for my refund for first set didn't come had to go to online help was told it hadn't been done correct so I had waited from Sunday 20/04/25 till Friday 25/04/25 spoke to somebody was told about problem was also told it would take 3 to 5 working days to go back into my account so that was the 25/4/25 get an email today saying itnwill be 10 days before it goes into my accountnThat's like me going into the shop taking something and saying will pay you for it in 5 daysnI am sorry but this is wrong in every way possible why should I have to wait so long to get my money back into my account pissed of is an understatement
Fantastic selection of quality products, friendly staff, easy parking in huge car park
Love this store.its one of my favourites Products are amazing. I never leave empty handed
