Great place to havr a few drinks with friends. Spent Xmas Eve there & had a great time with the Kareoke sing along. The staff were very friendly & the place was kept clean. The toilets were kept clean too. The only downfall is there is no food sold there. It would be great if good food platters were sold there. It would make the Pub more attractive to comr there. There was also good security there aswell. Overall a good experience.
Great place for people who like watching sport. I was just there killing time before going somewhere but received speedy, efficient and friendly service.
Bouncers with an inflated sense of self importance. No sorry you can't come in we are full, but letting hoards of regulars in. If it was regulars only, that's fair enough, but it's the lies.
Nice pub good atmosphere great garden heated, barbecue , above all wonderful staff keep smiling be good John
Nice ambience and the bartender was friendly and cheerful. Overall a nice experience
Excellent pub for visiting supporters going to Crystal Palace.
Very friendly pub, Beer is well kept and Is great for watching sports and food is delicious. Also has regular entertainment such as DJ’s, Singers & Karaoke
My friend and l were invited there for a drink. We had a lovely time, the service was great and so were the staff. I am a shy lady and if ever l decide to go by myself one day, l am comfortable that Rose will ensure that my time spent there will be an enjoyable one!
I drop in from time to time to have a quick beer with a friend as it's his regular but I'm not a fan, especially since youngs sold out and now the beer is your bog standard homogenised stuff instead of a decent family brewed ale
I went to visit with 3 family members for a quick drink today about 5pm and after being asked what I would like and asking for a coke I was told that the whole pub would be closing for a private function in 10 minutes. I asked about the side room, which had two people in it, and was told that was also closed to us. They whole place was booked apparently. I have never felt so unwelcome in a pub. It was a busy bar with lots of people and didn’t feel at all like a private function was about to start. Nobody was getting ready to leave. I called shortly after and the lady who answered the phone knew nothing of the booking and was asking the manager ‘what shall I say to her then?’. I would have rather just be told they didn’t want to serve us then be given this awkward excuse. Having moved recently to the area we have visited a few times and always had a nice experience but today was very disappointing and upsetting.
