I placed an order on 1st March 18 which I still haven’t received, I have tried ringing to chase my order but nobody answers the phone.  I have emailed but as yet still no response. 14 March, I have now received my order and the quality is excellent, I did receive an email reply suggesting I chase with post office.  The only reason I have given 4 stars not 5 is because I couldn’t get an answer on the phone which it states ring if your enquiry is urgent which is useless if no one answers the phone.  I cannot fault the quality of the product.

I ordered ribbon (admittedly very last-minute) for a large church event.
A quick phone call before placing my order reassured me that a very quick turnaround was possible.
The pricing is extremely competitive and the finished product (printed satin ribbon) is of excellent quality.

I needed to personalise some ribbon for wedding favours, chose the Radiant Ribbon Co because their ordering process seemed very straightforward, and I was not disappointed! I rang with a query to ascertain how many repeats to the metre, and with a little tweaking the resultant product is PERFECT! It also arrived amazingly quickly! I definitely recommend the Radiant Ribbon Co!
