Appalling service from the manager!! She was rude and aggressive when I asked for a refund. Was told no and when I said I would spend the credit on restringing was told I could not do that either!! Not worth spending extra for customer service here - manager could do with some training!

As soon as I walked in I was asked if I wanted help looking to buy some gear or if I was just browsing, then as I wanted to buy a racquet I was told every aspect of the different brands and technologies. the service I received was outstanding and everyone was polite
