Excellent customer service. This is my first time visiting the store and I was blown away as soon as I walked in. It was absolutely beautiful inside, with just so many books on offer, and a very inviting play area for the younger children. The lady working today sorry I did not get her name was so helpful. She came to my assistance straight away and asked if she could help. She was able to relate to exactly what it was I was looking for and found the perfect books for me. I know my children will love visiting this shop and I wish I had discovered it sooner.
Brilliant service this morning! I telephoned the store on the off chance looking for a specific special edition book following the cancellation of my pre-order through a high street store. The lady who I spoke with at The Rabbit Hole was lovely and as luck would have it, they had just one of two copies left of the book that I was looking for. The lady was more than happy to set this aside for me as so I could travel and collect it. Thank you team rabbits!
What an amazing little book shop, the only problem... its too far away from where I live . I went here for a book signing and fell in love with the place and the staff. The staf were so chatty and feiendly, even though they were rushed off their feet. I had such a lovely experience, and would recommend to everyone.
The best bookshop there is, really supportive of independents and running lots of events! Welcoming faces happy to either leave you to browse or have a natter and help you pick. They have the best children's book area I've ever seen.

Such a cute little book shop
We had a lovely time at The Rabbit Hole, we went for thier sing and shake session Friday at 10.30am and it was absolutely lovely. We've popped back a few times since and there's some lovely children's toys to entertain the kids whilst you browse the books. The selection in there is brilliant it's a little treasure trove!
