Came here without booking and luckily we were able to get a table after a 30 minute wait. Had a toastie which was lovely came with salad and a small pot of crisps. We got milkshakes which were so nice! The selection of cakes was an added bonus and tasty too! If I were to visit again I would book in advance.

Got a table inside very cramped and very warm ..then had to move as table was reserved with no sign! New table was in front of the toilet..just..2 of us had to get up 3 times for people to get past... someone came to take our order.after over 10 mins..we wanted a deluxe afternoon tea to be told you have to book...a sign stating this would be great! Or a quick heads up on arrival.. it all looked lovely staff looked frazzled and a bit lost!

Utterly delightful.  Food,  drink,  staff,  venue...... all utterly delightful... oh and great prices.  Highly recommend to anyone coming to Lytham St Annes 👍

I can honestly say that it was one of the worst experiences I have had to endure. 
We attended as guests of a baby shower. 
Myself and my partner are vegetarian and so before arriving we ensured they were aware of this so they could plan ahead and accommodate us. 

The afternoon tea arrived and our vegetarian sandwiches had been mixed in alongside ham. tuna sandwiches and sausage rolls. We advised the manager that it appeared there had been an oversight and she became really aggressive and rude us.

I was told there was nothing wrong with mixing meat with vegetarian food because it’s not an allergy and we were being fussy. Considering she is operating in the catering / food industry I would have expected standard food hygiene practices such as keeping vegetarian food separate to be pretty obvious. 

We did eventually get separate sandwiches after Showing the emails sent confirming we gave notification of our requirements. 

She then bad mouthed the party off to her staff and other customers for the rest of our stay completely ruining our experience. 

I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. It could have been easily resolved with an apology and rectifying the issue instead of being rude and passive aggressive.
