Please do not bother buying anything from the PVC store on the pant ICI Merthyr Tydfil. What a complete shambles!! Ordered cladding 10 days ago was meant to be delivered on the Wednesday, didn't come!meant to come the Friday, didn't come! Same for the Saturday, Monday and then today, had to fight to get our money back!! Apparently the supplier couldn't find our address, BULL not had a problem before with our address!! Then the salesman (inexperienced I would say) behind the counter couldn't work the card machine for the refund, and also got caught out when he was over heard on the phone to the company, apparently he only ordered it last Friday!! It should have been delivered Friday!! Nothing but Cowboys AVOID!! 😡
