Made a booking for 09:45 on their online booking system for Friday after Christmas all confirmed by email with a note saying no amendments or cancellations allowed 24 hours before appointment. Arrived on time to find a note saying that they would not be opening until 10:30 on that day. Returned at 10:30 no signs of life waited until 10:45 still nobody there so I gave up. Even had a sign in the window saying support local businesses! Have no idea if the framing is any good but there seems to be a distinct lack of concern for the customer! Gave 1 star as I am not sure it works if no stars on review

They have a fantastic range of frames at competitive prices; Paul is always willing to give good advice and has some great ideas. If you need something framed and you want something that looks that bit "extra special" give them a ring.

Have just spoken to Paul to request replacement glass for a large frame. He's cutting it now and price is 2/3 of some others.
