Tepid food, rude staff, ordered my burger with curly fries and came with straight chips, as curly fries cost extra I told them. They took the plate away, and 10 minutes later it returned with the chips gone (binned I hope) and I had hot curly fries, and a stone cold burger, used to be a nice place before sizzling took over years ago. EDIT: Since this review I have returned many times to varying results, on average the place seems to have gotten better, food is now hot, staff are friendlier but i feel now the portion sizes have shrunk, may just be me but for now this review will be pushed up to 3 star purely because i enjoyed the food, which is a huge step up over the last review.

Just finished eating at this restaurant and to be honest I'm still in shock after the way the manager had no clue how to deal with a complaint. Food arrived cold and over cooked and when I informed the manager his response was to shrug his shoulders and said well all the food is cooked fresh so I don't know why it's cold, sorry then walked away. The waitress on the other hand did take the not so sizzling steak back and brought a new one that was sizzling. Rude manager will not be returning to any sizzling pubs if that's the service we receive.

The meals here are fantastic I've visited here many times and so far have never had a bad meal the staff have always been friendly polite and accommodating the meals are of a good size portion and reasonably priced

Just visited there. Staff are so welcoming and accommodating. Excellent customer service and the food cooked to perfection. Can't fault it for the price.

Expect a really long wait for food and its not worth the money at all. Got all our orders mixed up and ended up with not having any food cooked for one of our children. Not thr best place to go if your looking for a nice meal.
