Very quaint little cafe, the cakes are a little too good, the coffee surprisingly tasty, the hot food was good. Nice surprise for lockdown to see somewhere to get a bite alas no eating in whist this is still a problem.

Lovely tea room, fabulous cakes, scones and plenty of tea with a top up of hot water. Lots of things to purchase from fudge, chocolate and jams to beautiful china. Lovely staff , especially Amy, bought a gift voucher for my daughter who is called Polly!
Food very slow to arrive. Soup of the day ran out so we got one parsnip soup of the day and one tomato soup substitute. Was asked if this was Ok and it was except the tomato soup tasted as though it was from a tin. On the plus side the parsnip soup was good.
Really nice inside, better than it looks from the outside. Great selection of cakes and biscuits, go around the corner past the till before choosing a cake, the best and biggest are there
Just had our first takeaway from the polly and it was brilliant. In marlborough we have lots of Italian restaurants selling pizza, but the pollys pizza beats them all , and only 7.95...very friendly service and will definatly be going back to try the cakes
Very busy, popular place. Great service and food. Had a bacon, brie and cranberry baguette, lovely.
