What fantastic service! I texted Plumberman at 4 o’clock on a Saturday with an emergency leak problem and within a few minutes he had called back and five minutes later he arrived and began work to sort the problem. Malcolm quickly identified the area requiring repair and very efficiently stopped the leak, made all good again and offered solutions to a number of other related matters. I consider this level of service excellent, but given the short notice late on a weekend day it was simply amazing. The cost was very reasonable too and I would recommend Malcolm without hesitation and have already booked him in to do more work for me.

Telephoned with a couple of non-urgent repair issues, Malcolm was here is less than 24 hours, fixed both straight away. Cheerful, speedy and polite service which was more than reasonable on cost. Happy to recommend.

After a few failed attempts at finding a plumber willing to return my call, I came across Malcolm, The Plumber Man, who did respond, and who very promptly came and removed an old cloakroom suite, then returned after damp proofing work had been carried out by others, and refitted a new suite and heated towel rail etc and did all the necessary pipework, solving any difficulties along the way. I would say Malcolm is a perfectionist, taking pride in his work, and keeping me informed every step of the way, and he came up with the perfect design for my tiny cloakroom, quite different from the previous which had been in place for almost 20 years. I now have a beautiful cloakroom I don't feel embarrassed to allow visitors to use. Malcolm arrived in the mornings when he said he would, and worked a full day till 5 p.m. with only a half hour lunch break. Would definitely recommend.
