We had a brilliant day at the Play Village today with my nearly 2 year old. We went on a week day in term time and it was lovely and quiet. My little girl absolutely loved exploring the different rooms. My first thoughts were it was so spacious, clean and tidy! I loved the attention to detail in the different rooms and the dressing up clothes too. My little girl had the best time and it's definitely more her cup of tea than soft play which tend to be loud and quite dirty. We'll definitely be back.
Our daughter really loved all of the different play zones, and especially the staff dressed as Disney princesses.nA very comfortable, well designed, and kept place. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was also very impressed with the food which was great value for money and verynhigh quality. We will definitely be back!
Used to a go a lot a couple of years ago. Went recently and now things are starting a look a bit dated and there was no one allocated to help play with the kids the staff were just sitting around doing nothing which was a big selling point in the past. Not sure if the American lady still works there because my son loved it when she was there.
We stopped off here on the off chance on our way home from another event. We didn't book but we had arrived when there was enough space to fit us in. It was a cold day and the place was lovely and warm. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Food and drink was great, I recommend the pizza. To top it off there were staff that played with our 2 children so my husband and I could actually spend time talking to eachother. Absolute miracle. Amazing find! Would 100% recommend and will be returning. They have a loyalty card which they stamped twice for us as we have 2 children. The children had so much fun and didn't want to leave. Thank you so much for a lovely time.
Lovely santa experience for younger children.nno que to visit santa, children play in the village, one at a time go in to see santa then help the elf make a Teddy and reindeer food, then back to playing. We didn't eat so cant coment on food but it did look nice.nWe had to leave early so missed the snowball fight with santa.nStaff were all friendly and helpful
