We actually came across this place by chance, and what a great find it turned out to be! The concept is brilliant — a mini play village where kids can explore places like a shop, hairdressers, and even a fire station. Such a fun and imaginative idea.nnBooking was really straightforward, and the 2-hour session felt like plenty of time. When we arrived, we were greeted by a staff member who explained the play rules clearly and let everyone know when it was time to start. Once ready, all the children and a few adults! sat together while she led some fun warm-up activities before letting them loose to explore.nnOur two kids absolutely loved it. They had a great time pretending in the shop and the vets, but the fire station was definitely their favourite!nnIt was also really nice to have a café on-site where you can still keep an eye on your children. The coffee was very good, and the food was decent too. We opted for the “Little Villagers Lunchbox” at £5.95, which felt like great value.nnWe’re already looking forward to coming back soon — especially with the added bonus of a loyalty card, which is a nice touch.
We absolutely love The Play Village!nMy kids adore it and we’ve been so many times now, yet it never gets old. There’s so much to do and explore that 2 hours is honestly not enough — they’re always disappointed when it’s time to leave! The attention to detail is brilliant and the staff are always so pleasant and welcoming. We could easily spend a whole day there. It’s one of our favourite places to go and we’ll definitely keep coming back.
First experience today for us although my Granddaughter has been on several occasions.nGreat set up, lovely atmosphere and staff were very friendly. Excellent value for money!nHighly recommend!
Booked in with twin 6YOs on a rainy afternoon. Was surprised and impressed. Absolutely fantastic experience for them. The equipment is really well kept and extensive, and beautifully put together. The staff particularly impressed me, they were so friendly, and really engaged and invested in ensuring the kids have a good time. Thanks for a lovely afternoon!
Brilliant, creative play, perfect for toddlers and younger children. There is even a little play area for under twos to play safely too.nnIt was very clean with plenty of staff ensuring it didn't get too messy throughout the session.
