Great little family-run soft play. Came here with two very energetic the year olds and they had the best time! Clean, safe and well maintained equipment with something for little kids and a huge slide for the older/braver ones. Coffee is fresh and delicious, music isn't loud and overbearing and the staff are all super friendly. Can't rate highly enough.
I visited The play Shed last week with my granddaughter. She loves it here. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the building and even more so when I saw the staff cleaning the soft play equipment during my visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food in the cafe was excellent. There are so many things going on here and something to suit different ages. Thank you all for providing such a lovely facility.
Secure soft play, no need to worry about little ones dashing out. The cafe has a fantastic selection, and lots of tables. The soft play feels clean and fairly new.
We take our grandsons 4yrs & 19months to the play Shed all the time. It's a great place for them to let off steam. The staff are always friendly and helpful and really go the extra mile. Everything is clean, safe and fun and they put on lots of extra events. They make a great cup of coffee and we highly recommend a visit.
Great place in general and for children’s parties. My son had his here and it was a total pleasure and no stress. The guys who run this place are great and nothing’s too much trouble. The party fee/package is the best about and is a regular ‘meet up’ for parents at my son’s school as the other children’s parties are regularly booked here too. Food and squash included. Cafe is brill. I’ve had hot breakfast rolls and cappuccinos which always hit the spot. I’m always happy to pay whatever they list for food/drink to help family run and local businesses and would say it’s more than reasonable!! The staff here work their socks off and run a great shift, so credit where it’s due. Keep it up! Highly recommended
Went for a second visit today, having had a bit of an issue not linked to the fantastic play space the first time, which was well handled by the management. Second visit- fantastic. The actual play areas are fab, clean and exciting for my 3 year old and 10 month old and if I’m honest, my husband was far to keen to go and check on the adventures of 3 year old. Lots of variety in equipment- more mechanisms than Jump I think. We ordered breakfast- freshly cooked, delicious and excellent value for money. We enjoyed it so much today that we’ve booked the ‘Ultimate Party package’ for our sons upcoming 4th birthday. So glad we gave it another shot, we will be regular visitors and feel confident in saying our first visit was just a one off bad day.
It's a nice area for kids party a little bit outskirts. Soft play area is a decent size and the food was good. Parking is sometimes a problem as they have limited spaces. It would have been good if the babies and toddles area is enclosed. I am pretty sure the door was there when I visited last time. But it's a good place for kids fun and we have booked it for a party soon.
Had my grandsons 7th birthday party at the Play Shed. It was a brilliant 2 hrs. Fantastic facilities, great food, and helpful staff. Would recommend. Only slight niggle is the lack of parking.
Had the santa grotto experience today with my 2 granddaughters . Amazing . totally recommended. Even if it just for soft play. 1 downside they need more phone lines . Took fair few attempts to get through to them
Love the playshed, staff are excellent, so helpful and always polite, even when they are rushed off of their feet. We have done the Christmas grotto a couple of times and it's fab. The cafe food is excellent with a great choice and the soft play is excellent, especially if your child is brave enough to try the big slide. It's such a welcoming environment, highly recommended
