Staff are friendly and polite. Always clean and food is really nice. Especially the Patmos! They are always cleaning the floor and tables. We mainly attend toddler time during the day and we love the interactive floor
Attended for the first time for a birthday party.nSeemed very good value for money, and my son had a wonderful time he's 3. It's very big inside with plenty of play spaces for children of all ages!nnThe staff seemed very pleasant and helpful. They certainly go the extra mile for the birthday child. The party room is really good for a nice little private area for the children to eat. Inside, there was a disco atmosphere with disco balls / lights and children's music playing.nnHaven't rated 5* due to the toilets being slightly unclean. None of the flushes seemed to work in the girls' bathroom, and parking is extremely limited considering the size of the establishment.nnWould visit again, though.
Cant really fault anything. Been a few times and had a kids party here a couple of years ago. Bookings are limited so make sure u book in advance but this also means it's not too overcrowded. Food is always good. All the staff have always been lovely and they do their best to constantly keep the tables cleared.
We travelled from Hartlepool to visit here, based on the reviews and because we want to try and take my nephew to new places so that it's not the same every week.nnIt seemed very busy, but thankfully a disabled spot had become available right at the entrance.nnCheck in was quick and easy - we booked online.nnThe pricing is very reasonable. I think it was £11-12 for my nephew, free for my sister and I, and free for my six month old niece.nnSome places try and gouge your eyes out by charging you for taking in a newborn who will only be breathing the air, but not The Play Factory! The admission price is very fair - and for two and a half hours!nnThey have lazer tag upstairs - that looks fun.nnThe facilities are good, with a variety of things to do within the frames, including slides, a big tube and a ball pool. There are Go Karts and a cannon with targets.nnThe tables were being proactively cleaned which is great.nnThere are some comfortable couches.nnThe food looked amazing. I saw what I think were a few jacket potatoes come out and they were overflowing with fillings. Would have loved to try the parmo burger and chips, but it wasn't really that time of day.nnThe pricing seems very reasonable. The drinks are perhaps a tiny bit more expensive than other places, but that's understandable given the low admission cost and the generous freebies they give.nnThey have some great incentives such as kids eating free limited to one child I think? and Twinsday Tuesdays - pay one admission fee for both twins.nnIt's clearly very popular and the most important thing is that my nephew really enjoyed himself.nnMy only criticisms would be that the toilets perhaps require a little TLC, though given the daily footfall, I imagine it's hard to keep them in mint condition.nnFinally the baby area needs a little TLC.nnOverall a great place though. Plenty to do and plenty of time to do it all in. Very reasonable pricing and free parking.nnDefinitely worth driving through for again!
As good a soft play as any in the area. Not too pricey and clean. We've been to a number of parties here and the kids always enjoy it. We will be coming again.
