I had to rate this place not only because the pizzas are AMAZING but also to thank the kind gentleman working there that gave my autistic 7 year old a capri sun for nothing. He was munching on a gingerbread man that was rather dry so he was thrilled to get a drink and i think he was taken back by it. As we walked home we talked about how nice it is to be nice! That small gesture was just lovely and it made botb of our days. We had just been to the co-op for fruit for the next day and the smell of food coming from pizza house was just too tempting. We opted for a half pepperoni and half a chicken kiev, it was delicious and cooked to perfection! We don't often get pizza but I am so glad we did last night. A small bit of reassurance that there are good people out there! Thanks very much to the whole team at Pizza House! I hope the lovely man sees this!  Carrie

First time ordering , absolutely gorgeous kabab meat loads for your money. Garlic bread could do with a little more cheese and garlic for taste only the bread was beautiful and soft. The salad was presented well and fresh. 5* for the delivery driver who had a smile and even said thank you and enjoy your meal ! Service goes along way , delivery on time couldn't fault it at all

Online order of 3 pizza, 3 cans pop at 16:47 to deliver for 17:15. At 17:50 2 pizzas n 3 cans arrived. Rang at 19:45 cos still waiting on our other pizza. Told they were very busy, only had two pairs of hands but it'll be with me very soon... Its now 20:21...no 3rd pizza. Ridiculous. Surely you'd complete one oder before doing the next... Tea time ruined and I'm starving. Shame cos pizzas are really good. Not be using the website again

Food is always great. They have delivered much earlier than i requested on just eat. I called and they were very polite and nice and sent me the food out at requested time. Always use pizza house, best pizza in Ashington!

Ordered cheese and chips waited  an hour when they came they came in a tiny little pizza box and because of that the cheese stuck to the lid. The portion was tiny wouldn’t even feed a small child. Definitely not worth £3.

Food always spot on and hot upon arrival. Kebab meat quality extremely good along with the burgers. Chips are never soggy and piping hot. Highly recommended. Customer service is excellent and will do what they can to help.

Got my order wrong the first time got a delivery for a free pizza to replace the wrong pizza got the worng sauce 2 times then ontop of that the kebab tasted so fatty and disgusting. The BBQ bacon pizza was disgusting too both of them I'm not going here again

Absolute Car Crash, Can't even get a simple order correct or Remove items they no longer have in stock from the menu instead they send out substitutes that are completely the wrong item. ridiculous.

We have never had a bed experience with the Pizza house. Their jalapeño stuffed crust pizzas are to die for. Their kebabs are also very nice, and the portions are very generous.
