Had a lovely afternoon lunch the other day great service and atmosphere not to mention young lady briony was very lovely and attentive, helpful regaurding my sons gluten allergy , and because of that will definitely be back , smiles all round

1st October 2021-Pendeford village:nnA local had recommended this pub so decided to go and have a look, looked okay from the outside so I popped in for something to eat at lunchtimenWhat a welcoming atmosphere, staff were very friendly. It was nicely decorated on the inside, very fresh and clean and there was a good selection of drinks..my Doombar was on the tap so a pint or two of this was beckoning. I looked at the menu and ordered their Classic Double Beef Burger with chips and it soon arrived at my outdoors covered seating area, wow...what quick service!nI was pleasantly surprised with my burger, the lettuce and tomato were very fresh and I liked the thinly sliced raw onions with it too....my beef patties were perfectly cooked and the brioche burger bun was great, loved my Classic Double Beef burger and absolutely delicious!!nMy Doombar was perfectly chilled and well kept and I enjoyed my second pint watching the warm 1st of October autumn sunny sky very much indeed...nA big thank you to Clare and Briany? for a great welcoming lunchtime experience!nDefinitely will be recommending you to all the boaters moored up at Autherley Junction..Oxley Moor road moorings !!nOnly a 25 minute walk or so from Oxley Moor road and the canal....
Came back here for the kids craft event yesterday after having not been for a while and had to come back again today, the food was delicious the staff attentive and couldn’t do enough for us and the kids craft event was brilliant.
