Only attended one initial physio session. The man I saw was lovely and helpful so no problems with the physiotherapists themselves.. the premises however there is. The clinic is NOT wheelchair accessible more specifically active wheelchairs and having a step around 6 inches high would prove difficult and dangerous for someone. They only have 2 narrow ramps which means your front & back wheels would need to align with each other. There is also another small step on the inside of the clinic. I had to be carried in!! Unless you are able to walk, this clinic would be no good in terms of accessibility. Also unfortunately, 2 consecutive appointments were cancelled by the clinic, on the morning of my appointment date. Doesn’t fill you with much confidence.
The clinic is quiet and the receptionist Theresa is very warm and welcoming.nChris the Physiotherapist who saw me was very professional and informative, he gave me great advice and set me some exercises for my rotor cuff injury to my shoulder.nI had a great experience at the clinic today and would highly recommend a visit if you need a physiotherapist.
Becky is amazing!! I am pregnant and have been to see her for sessions through the NHS and I am extremely impressed with her knowledge and the help she's been giving me and my lower back issues, I am looking to go to her as a private patient as there's only so many sessions you get free with the NHS. But I honestly couldn't recommend her enough, her knowledge of women's health is outstanding!
This company are working with 3d Rehabilitation and tried to charge for 3 sessions I never had. I cancelled two. And they invented one that never happened. They then tried to change for the session they invented from thin air. And the only reason I found out is I took over when I asked to see the invoice because the other side were refusing to pay it. This company stole money they did not earn. And if I had not recoded the call of them admitting to me that I cancelled two sessions and me telling them I never had the one they made up. Before I contacted 3d Rehabilitation and passed them the evidence. 3d Rehabilitation should have thanked me for finding this company had committed fraud. Bit instead they went on to protect the Fraudulent company. And told me not to contact them again. I have passed the calls to the ico and they are passing them the the fraud people that deal with this kind of thing. There isn't a caught them bang to rights. And they both then said I was abusive on the phone. I was honest and never once swore. I did not even shout. So now they will not talk to me. I don't need to talk to this lot anymore I got everything I need from the 3 phone calls and the voices message.nThank you for making it so easy for me. And the people the ico are handing this off to.
I had been treated previously for a long history of back problems by Mandy.nSo in March 2016 after having a total knee replacement I had no qualms who I wanted as my Physio. At 51yrs I was very apprehensive and to be honest frightened about the recovery.nHowever due to the treatment, expertise and advice given by Mandy my recovery has progressed much better than I had anticipated.nShe showed empathy and compassion and most of all understanding of the pain I was experiencing.nAs a nurse I can be critical but I have no negative comments to make about my treatment only positive!nThe clinic is clean and modern and all staff are very professional and friendly.. I thoroughly recommend the clinic.. Thank you Mandy and all .. Jo Grace
