I just had to do a review for Lisa. Been looking for answers to a pelvic problem for 7 years. Lisa has such a kene eye to pick up on the root problem that can cause lots of surrounding issues & dealing with the root, the other problems go away. She has a way to explain in a simplic confident manner which gives you confidence. Then Lisa gave me specific corrective movements and a plan of treatments with time scale. I think she is super talented & HIGHLY recommend her.

A half hour appointment slot is £50. There's parking out front on the road. I got some good exercises for a running/climbing injury.

Lisa and her team are amazing. I have had numerous problems with my knee, lower back and feet. Within a few sessions they have got me back to a pain free and mobile life. They are extremely skilled at knowing why , where and how the pain first started. Extremely hands on, they also give advise on exercises that help with the ongoing treatment. Have recommended many friends and family members.

Wow, after just one session I've got full use of my shoulder again. It's early days and a few more sessions booked but amazing service. Thank you Helen!
