The Physiotherapy centre

Terrible service!! Before I decided to go Heston physiotherapist I checked their website to see what services they offer. After seeing they offer "sport massages" i had made my decision and made an appointment. When I went there, I asked for a deep tissue massage to which she (Gina) replied okay. Mid way through after a lot of soft tounching and an altar sound and heat pack! (Time wasting) I asked her "will you start the deep massage" to which her reply was "we don't do massages here, every body that did sports massage as left and if you want a sports massage go some where else" I was very annoyed!!!! This place just tricks you and takes your money!! Avoid this place and save your money and go somewhere else that has good reviews.

A very bad experience here! Made payment for a service I did not receive. Have made a complaint and was told I will get a call from management. I have not received a call as of yet. I feel let down and as if I have been robbed for my money. I hope we can solve this problem. Update. So it's been 1 week now and still no call from the manger and no response on here. This place is a joke!! But I will not stop and now put my complaint in writing. Update. I was called by the manger today (sally) and after a while going back and forth we have solved this matter by giving me a refund. In the future I will only go to a place that has good reviews. I have learned my lesson.

Went there for Left shoulder injury! Had 6 sessions of physiotherapy and It definitely helped me!! Recommend to everyone!!
