Having a diagnosis of severe sciatica and being prescribed a multitude of pain relief I felt I was being diagnosed to a life of pain.. then I came to see Jenny. She has changed my life!! I love going to see her.. I still have occasional blips with my sciatica.. but she has worked wonders!! I cannot recommend her enough!!!

The Physios was recommended by a friend and I have been astounded by the impressive result. I have had a long running problem with my lower back which had taken a turn for the worse and I had had months of debilitating pain and was struggling to walk and exercise properly. Johnny quickly got to the root of the problem and from day one I felt an improvement, built on by the exercises given. He said he would have me right in a few weeks but I was sceptical! I had some tailored pilates sessions with Kate and worked at more exercises. Just several minutes a day and I improved in leaps and bounds and I now feel I have the tools to improve my posture and keep my spine on track. Johnny was right and I am SO grateful to him and to Kate for what they have done for me. Magic!

I am very pleased to report on my visit to Paul.  I have had an increasing left knee problem for several years and tried APOS (with limited success and a lot of money!) and have been waiting for a NHS knee replacement for several years.  There was concern since I have a long-standing heart problem.  Paul's treatment resulted in an immediate return to balance without a stick.  After a month, I continue improvement and hope that within the 3 months suggested, I will have full return to a normal knee.  I'll be asking for the right one in due course!

Just completed run lab with Jon Grayson. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience, Jon is very knowledgable, analysing my running style and then being given appropriate exercises to address my weaknesses. Hope for a good injury free Summer running now. Thank you

Badly sprained my ankle in the run-up to Sheffield Half Marathon. Treatment received by Jon no doubt lead to me being able to still run in the event, with an excellent assessment and treatment package! Thanks very much!
