Excellent service the owner Geoff is to be highly praised as he truly helped with a very badly timed problem with my phone. I was  about to go on holiday, and my phone decided to misbehave and with all my necessary travel documentation locked in. Not only did Geoff provide me with a very reasonable priced replacement phone, but with  his help, guidance, and skills he helped to regain the information I needed to get my flight on time. A huge thank you from me  and a very strong recommendation for his services. I will definitely be using them again.

Had a phone described as excellent condition, travelled from Liverpool to collect on our way home up north for it to be in awful condition, tried saying he didn't notice but saw all the scratches on both ends of the phone immediately. Avoid.. Ignorant little man!! And you call me a keyboard warrior. You just had me drive for miles under the assumption it was as described as excellent condition,no marks, no scratches of course I walked away for wasting my time!

What superb service. My phone died and I need my phone for work. Sorted out and helped with transferring my data from my dead iPhone to the new phone.

I bought my first ever iPad from Geoff at the phone box.  It was an IPAD2 when they were still relevant.  It lasted years and the service was amazing.  Years down the line I often call in for things and always greeted with help,  advise, great service and great prices.  I recently sold a phone to Geoff and he gave one of the best prices and i didn't have to send my phone away hoping the money arrived like some companies,  cash there and then or bank transfer,  my call.  Highly recommend,  very trusted

Well, son needed new phone, had an idea what he wanted and had some money saved, looked thru marketplave on Fb and found this place. Chap could not have been more helpful, he told me a bit about the phone, the description on AD was was perfect, he even showed me how my son could transfer his info from existing phone to this new one. Perfect couldnt have asked for more.. thanks. Wld reccommend.

Geoff is a miracle man.  So helpful and polite.  Sorted me out with a phone to suit my needs.  At a very reasonable price.  Can't praise him enough.  Will use the phone box again.

Shopped many times here over the years. Always great service whether it’s buying a new phone or repairing a broken one. Would definitely recommend this shop and will no doubt be purchasing from there again in the future

I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for my mobile phone and accessories requirements. By far the best around, and the service is second to none and very highly informed. I would recommend The Phone Box to anyone and everyone.
