Our dog Teddy had his first professional grooming session yesterday. He was well looked after, and content and he looked lovely.
Staff genuinely understand and have a fantastic knowledge of dogs. My labradoodle was fearful of groomers following a previous bad experience at another grooming salon and so we built the visits up gradually and Pz pet spa have made it such a positive experience for both me and my dog. Expert advice has allowed me to transform and understand my dog's behaviour and she is looking and smelling beautiful since her groom. Genuinely lovely and honest staff who are experienced and care for every dog as though it is their own. Can't recommend highly enough- 10/10 in every way and reasonably priced. Salon is also spacious, clean and inviting for pets and people alike!
Took our dog while on holiday and am sooooo impressed. My little jenny loved Emma. She is a very talented young lady. Nothing was too much trouble and my little dog was groomed to perfection in front of the window for everyone to see. If we were local we would use the per spa regularly I cannot praise her enough. .. thanks for everything
This is the best place for dog grooming the staff are so friendly and nothing is too much, Milly and Bella also had a nice time there, the cut and look was amazing, as I haven't found anyone, who can trim Bichons to an excellent standard. Will definitely be bringing them back, even tho we live in London, we are often down here. The facilities are clean relaxing and perfect for dogs. I can't praise the staff enough, actually caring for Milly and Bella. Once again thank you Alfie jones
We came across the Pet Spa when looking for a good, reputable place to have our dog groomed the sea water was playing havoc with her hair!. We discovered they do day care and took advantage on a couple of occasions during our stay. She had a whale of a time on the beach and in the sea. Just brilliant! Lovely friendly service.
Took my dog Toby to Pet Spa for 1st time today. Absolutely brilliant service, would highly recommend to anyone. Many thanks
