Great shop shame about the staff. Lady behind the till that I dealt with is a massive know-it-all and is pushy with her opinions. I'd like to see what, if any qualifications she has referring to dog behaviour, training, psychology or anatomy? She seems to know an awful lot on these subjects. So if you have no mind of your own and don't have any experience or factual information relating to dogs and you like being bossed around and told what to do, come to this shop you will love it!
