Very knowledgeable and friendly staff and a great selection of everything you could possibly need.  A prime example of a local business you should support over the supermarket type outlets whose only interest is making money.  Will definitely return.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Always has what we need and as a bonus, the advice is free! Good range of products, no cheap rubbish, just good quality products to keep your pet healthy and happy. If you can't find it in here, don't bother. Certainly wouldn't go to a chain pet store just because it's a penny or two cheaper when we've got this great shop on our doorstep.
