Extremely poor customer service provider.... Claimed they don't accept coins or you call it penny.... Acting like they are not UK legal tender.... Time wasted visiting the printing office...... Not surprised some customers already rated *one star*.... If there was to be negative star that would have been my rating.....Because my choice of payment is in coins the attendant took my printed work and shredded it...... What a great show of insensitivity to customer satisfaction..... My advice to you the owner is to put out a bold writing on your door clearly stating you do not accept coins or penny.
What a poor product and customer service. I ordered some t-shirts for our work place. After wearing those t-shirts for 2 weeks all it become rubbish. I show the T-shirts to back to them and show them and they refuse to replace or refund and simply said we can not do much about it. % poor quality product and after sale service. Not going to this place ever again. You must be careful and spend your money somewhere else for good product. BIG TIME NO NO NOo

Staff very direct. Did not appreciate my custom would accept card payment.. I wanted photograph quality which I thought I was getting no was given an almost paper quality and then handed the prints in a clear bag rather than in card to prevent any bending. For three sheets of A4 it cost £9 which is scandalous!!!!
They deliver excellent service and on time, no matter the volume/ demand.
Ordered my wedding invitations from Thakur as I couldn’t find anything special in London invitation shops. My invitations Barcelona are more beautiful than the example images on their website, I’m so glad I ordered with them! Very professional and within two weeks I received my order. They even printed 5 invitations with slightly different wordings inside at no extra cost. Recommend these guys 100%!
AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Was pleasantly surprised with THAKUR PRESS. Fast and professional service, great communication, good prices . Premises looks amazing with crystal chandelier and other bling which you would not expect from the office/print shop in this particular area . And the cherry on the top - my order packed in a cutest gift bag ever. These guys knows how to make a good impression and go an extra mile for the customer . WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!
This is a fantastic service. Both Jeet and Jas have been so professional in my requests for my Footcare business. Customers and organisations have been impressed with my presentation so a huge thank you to Thakur Press. Will NOT be going anywhere else!
Thakur Press are the worst printing company I have dealt with. They are very sub-standard and unprofessional. A guy named Jeet who dealt with my order gave me a poor service. The order was put in via email and clearly explained what I wanted and he did not provide the correct service. He is very arrogant to accept his mistake and not once did he apologise. It is appalling to know this is how Jeet deals with his customers and cannot resolve issues. My advice to other customers is to avoid this place they are clearly interested in your money and will not deliver what you actually order. This matter now has been referred to Trading Standards. Avoid this place!!!!!!!
Didn't have the best experience. I asked them to produce some cards for me at short notice. To be fair they agreed to turn it around the same day. I went to pick up the cards at the end of the day. The print was very poor quality and the cards looked terrible - washed out, badly defined text etc. They just looked very cheap. They said it was due to me designing the cards on word and converting to PDF even though the PDF were very bright and crisp, at which point I told them it was their responsibility to tell me the cards wouldn't turn out right as they know better than I how the cards turn out. Surely a decent printer would advise you that you might waste your money rather than going ahead and printing regardless, knowing that the end result will be terrible? As I paid on advance on the phone I couldn't get my money back. They still maintained it was my fault when I emailed them and only offered a 50% discount on the next order of cards - I'll be going elsewhere thanks.
