Lovely welcome, shown to our table. Staff very friendly, could not do enough for us Value for money for tasty food Keep up the good work !!Food: 5/5
Good quality breakfast items and all you can eat what's not to like . Slow clearing tables on the Sunday morning we went was the only problem I saw.Food: 5/5
Only a one star as you had to serve yourself as it was a buffet, but food was good, plenty of choice, although we just had a bacon sandwich. We are going to go later next time and try & manage a carvery Food: 5/5
What a lovely place and service Donna was lovely, curtious, polite, and lovely to chat to, she made us feel welcome and we left very happy. The chef at the carvery was working his socks off, very professional under very busy circumstances. Fantastic placeFood: 5/5
A very well deserved 5 stars, 4 of us dining and the food was excellent, 2 of us being vegi vegan so we took home the meat for the dogs and they have just devoured it all, good quality meats and I can't get enough of the sliced creamy potato with leeks totally delicious, staff are excellent and with 2 of our party being late, well done again Parson & Clerk we all can't wait to come again thank you Vegetarian options: Good vegi options but we just had the carvery meat for dogs plenty of veg to fill a large plate
My brother and myself went for the first time to this location. We both had the carvery, meat was cooked beautifully, the beef melted in your mouth, great choice of vegetables, which was followed by a lovely dessert each. We were looked after by very friendly staff, as my brother is deaf/non verbal, this was much appreciated. I have been to my local carvery a few times and although this one was a far distance from my Brother's carehome I will definitely take him there again. If you want a good meal in pleasant surroundings this is the place to go
Terrible. Old flat inedible hash browns, no mushrooms for 20mins plus, however. not told on paying for breakfast. When asked, was dismissive and un unapologetic. Giving here a very wide birth unfortunately.
We arrived before booking in time and booked in.25 minute later we still had'nt sat down.We received a message from parson and clark to say we had'nt arrived. My wife went to reception to find out what had happend and we had'nt been checked in.When they found us a seat it was next to the toilets with a fan on directly at us with a door open wide. The food was not great.Serving spoons handles were covered in food and the gravy had run out.Not a great experience.
Always have a lovely meal here - and well looked after by staff Kid-friendliness: Highchairs available Bowls given for kids Staff always make a fuss of the little ones
Beer's cold and good quality, service great, bar staff exceptional!Food: 3/5
