The surgery responded exceptionally quickly to the triage form I submitted. And I was given an early appointment with a nurse. This was appropriate, and she conducted the consultation in a warm but professional manner. She was able to prescribe the medication I required and provide guidance on how I should manage my health condition. As far as I was concerned this was an excellent outcome.

This review is for the nurse Rosie. Been to see her today for a procedure which many of us ladies don’t particularly like. She was extremely friendly and put me at ease the minute I walked through the door. I was in and out literally within 5 mins.

Excellent and I would say dramatically improved service this week. I used the online triage form and received a receptionist call back and appointment the same day. Received the required medication and a follow up call today. New GP I hadn’t seen before. Seeing someone face to face always improves your confidence and trust.

Got an appointment immediately when I submitted request. Doctor was fantastic with my child. Would definitely recommend park surgery. I've never had any issues. All positive.

I contacted the surgery via NHS App in the morning and was delighted to be offered an appointment at 2pm the same day. I saw Dr Scott who was friendly, thorough and professional and did his very best to help me. I was disappointed to learn he was not a permanent member of staff.nnThe whole process was extremely satisfying and greatly exceeded my expectations.
