Near impossible to get an appointment. I rang at 08:30, the call was answered by someone telling me to call back as they weren't open and abruptly hanging up on us. It then took another 15 minutes before I got hold of someone only to be told that a doctor couldn't see my son (I was calling on behalf of a very sick six year old), but that a doctor would call back later. There surely has to be a better way to treat people who are only looking for help.

Poor appointment system - don't seem to care about people who have lives and can't sit around all day in the surgery. Why did the online booking system stop being used?

The new appointment system is absolutely useless. What was wrong with the old one???

Constantly ignore young people if they need an urgent appointment, went in 2 weeks ago in person to ask for an appointment for a medication review told them my medication would run out in a week and they said I had to wait to see a doctor for that they said the earliest appointment would be the 20th June. When an elderly person asked after me they booked them in for an appointment the same week. So I have been without my medication for just over a week with black out spells thanks to a bad system. Would not recomend going here if you are under the age of 25.
