Nice little village pub. Looked cosy and nice inside and surprisingly busy for 4pm on a Tuesday afternoon. I sat outside with the dog and the sunshine. Good beer selection, had one of my cask faves which I hadn't seen for a while.
Lovely owner. Very disappointed not to be able to eat there due to the restaurant being closed through lack of staff and as a result of Covid and Brexit. Hope it won't be too long before it opens again as the food used to be very good. In the meantime, why not enjoy a few pints there, it's a lovely friendly place where you aŕ made to feel welcome as a visitor.
Loved it .friendly , full of character, most definitely not a chain, but a great little pub that serves amazing beer and the price was well below anglesey prices! Overall well worth a visit
Not even worth one star. Very run down. Mold around every room. Cobwebs everywhere. Man running it works alone. Dose his best..quick to clean tables and bar when anyone has been there.
Great beer garden. Good pint. Food nice when serving.
Don't think it was open when we stayed next door. Very scruffy car park and exterior. Maybe it's been taken over and in the process of renovation. In an ideal place for the amount of holiday parks so hoping it might be done up and reopen
Lovely old fashioned pub what you see is what you get no frills . Steve's a good pint
Always got a real fire going in winter. Real ale is excellent, normally got three on. Rampart from conwy brewery is exceptional. Opens at 3pm onwards in winter. Friendly locals pub. By the way !! The one star review is from the LANDLORD . Idle thumbs.
Apparently the best pint my husband has had recently. Didn't go inside as covid restrictions still in place, but will go again when we next visit Angelsey
Excellent beer but on the pricy side, friendly staff. The pub building has seen better times, over due for a refurb decaying. Don't eat but the menu was traditional pub food, limited specials and veggie.
